Corporate welfare: new initiatives for the wellbeing of our employees

Taking care of people means taking care of the future. With this belief, our company has decided to strengthen its commitment to corporate welfare by introducing new initiatives designed to improve the daily lives of employees and their families.

2. Financial support for families: contribution towards school books

September brings new challenges, especially for those with children returning to school. To ease this burden, the company has decided to offer a contribution towards the purchase of school books. It is a simple gesture, but one that sends a strong message: our commitment to supporting families and investing in the future of the younger generation.

 

3. Inclusion and support for carers: standing alongside those who care for others

Some employees, in addition to their work, face the daily responsibility of caring for a family member who is not self-sufficient. We dedicate a specific support programme to them, because we believe that the value of a company is also measured by its ability to be close to those who are experiencing difficult situations.
