Working in a company is like living in a family, but on a larger scale (to quote a famous Italian advert), and this means making choices every day, sometimes in a very short space of time, that will consciously leave a mark.
This was our approach in 2020 when we proudly obtained ISO 14001 certification and so, in full compliance with the standard, we are now working hard at every desk and workstation.
It is not just a matter of following the rules and guidelines set out in ISO 14001, but of constantly improving our sense of responsibility towards the planet and the environment.
Many small gestures, from removing the caps from plastic bottles to deliver all the caps collected to a local association that helps stray cats and which in turn takes the caps for recycling, using
the proceeds to finance itself (now a natural gesture for all of us), to promotional activities such as the 2023 calendars.
In the last two years, with remote working becoming the norm, we have started to print less paper. With everyone connected via email and company chat, the printer is a luxury for a few documents, so naturally we have made more and more eco-friendly decisions and choices.
2023 will be an even greener and increasingly digital year; in fact, we have printed the calendar on a single page to reduce paper waste. Each page covers three months (which is also good for planning).
We are committed to designing and manufacturing machinery in a sustainable manner, as demonstrated by the solar panels installed at our factory as soon as you walk through the gate, and this also applies to all activities related to our daily lives, such as the promotion of our machines.
